Red Ruby Devon is arguably the finest of all traditional breeds, producing well marbled meat with superb flavour  from a predominantly grass based diet.
    
 
 
 
Pies, pasties, Sausages and Burgers
 
Since our initial entry into Farmers Markets we have now extended our business into other associated meat products and can offer speciality beef and lamb sausages (gluten free as well) and burgers in addition  to spciality beef and lamb pies and pasties.
 
A variety of ready meals are also available in different sizes, made especially for that easy lunch or supper.
 
South Ham Lamb - Lamb for all seasons

We supply lamb for all seasons by using the attributes of the various breeds we keep : Dorset Horn/Poll Dorset for out of season and early lamb production; Lleyn cross Dorset for mainstream spring lamb and Shetlands for later, slower, extra flavour lamb.
